How do we Conduct Business?

You join our team and become agents of HRM Provision Company.

You maintain you present supply sources and your present customer base and develop as you desire
 to ensure your sales and profits grow!

We also provide "in-house" products that you can add to your sales and profit base.

With our worldwide supplier base we can also provide offers on imported products that your customers will be looking for.

HRM - "Your Office" provides all the normal and usual business services - no need for you to worry about financing, receivables, insurance, or transportation.... Essentially you make the sale and we do everything else which translates into more time for you to make more sales and profits.

We pay your commissions on the basis of all expenses paid within the next 7 business days of fully paid accounts, providing you a statement with each transaction.

Commissions are paid on an accelerating scale - the more you make the higher your commission % will be.

All sales are covered under our receivable insurance policy and covers 90% of the sales invoice amount - with insurance paid for by HRM.


You - The Agent/Contractor


YOU are your own boss - an independent business person, free to work as little or as much as you decide.

YOU develop your own boundaries and are free to sell in any area.

YOU can choose to establish personal corporations providing benefits to yourself such as:
            ~Deducting business expenses
            ~Possibly deducting a portion of your home expense - we suggest you check with your accountant.

YOU
require only a telephone, fax and computer. At our expense we process all invoicing,  credit  approvals,  receivable insurance and all other office functions.
                                           
YOU simply make the sales calls and WE DO THE REST, at our expense!

Operations:

Agents provide accurate credit information on intended accounts. Current financial statements may be required but are held in the strictest confidence.

The credit insurance company will complete the required credit investigation and provide the maximum credit limits for each account.

For Customers requiring product liability insurance - we will provide "named Insured" certificates to accounts as requested.

Commission rates for "In-House"  or HRM supplied products are provided as per the commissioned rate on our weekly offer sheets and are different than commission rates paid for agents originated purchases and sales.




In House Products:


As we have been importing from many countries for over 30 years we can obtain prices for you/your customer needs and thereby increase your sales and profit potentials.
You must clarify exactly what the customer is looking for and we can then provide an offer. We will not do grinding meats due to the high dollars required with little return both for you and HRM.

Most items will be considered on load basis only but some products are carried on regular basis for smaller lots. Please refer the weekly HRM "In-House" price lists.

We also carry inventories of imported tenderloins and can supply certain other middle meat cuts and grades.

We will publish a weekly price list that provides the "In-House" inventory list with prices as FOB our cold storage. All agents may sell from this list at prices set by the agent and the customer, and then receive their commission at their prospective rates at that point.
